Modern kitchen with electric oven and hob, extractor fan, fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board.

Bedroom 1 with double bed
Bedroom 2 with twin beds
Bathroom
Tiled bathroom with wash basin. WC, Bath with electric shower over, electric towel rail and shaver point.
Cleaning, Towels, Linen, Services
Beds have duvets and pillows and are made up for your arrival. Please bring your own towels/tea-towels and cot linen. Towels can be hired, please enquire. The bungalow is cleaned between lets by the owners. Electricity is charged using a £1 coin meter and we'll provide 5, £1 coins to get you started. Previous users have said that with average use the costs could be about £7 to £10 per week.

Accessibility
There is a level walk to the bungalow from the parking area, some 20 metres or so. There is a low step into the property and the interior is all on one level.

There is a patio area with table and chairs and extensive open grassed areas. A rotary washing line is provided.. |
