The bungalow is situated just 2 miles by road from Yarmouth.

On entering Monks Lane, please be aware that the single track lane is unmade. Pedestrians will also be using the lane and there are no pavements! This is a combination that requires all lane users to travel slowly and respect other people.

Its just 0.7 of a mile from the start of Monks Lane to Cliff End and there is a bus stop just a few yards from the junction of Monks Lane with the main road.
