Bungalow hire prices are based on four people sharing.

The Site is closed to holidaymakers until 14th February each year, however, you can still make bookings for 2021 and 2022 at any time.

Bed linen is included in the hire but not bath or hand towels. We may be able to hire towels on your behalf, but please ask and book them well in advance of your holiday.

Please confirm your booking in writing within 7 days of making a provisional booking using the relevant Booking Form, together with your 25% deposit. The balance is required 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. If you book within the 6 week period, the full sum will be required. Wherever possible we ask for payments to be made using bank transfer systems and when appropriate we will provide the details.

We ask that you aim to arrive on Saturday between 2.15pm – 2.45pm and we will meet you at the bungalow to give you the keys. If you are unable to arrive at this time please contact us well in advance and we will make alternative arrangements to suit your travel times. The keys should be returned to us by 10.00am on the day of departure.

If you should need to cancel your booking, please let us know immediately, in writing. Depending on timing, delays may result in costs to you. Please read the terms and conditions for full details.

We're sorry, but no pets are allowed – only guide dogs, and we ask that you do not smoke in the bungalow.
